By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:General:
■ Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
■ I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
■ All artwork is transferred digitally.Payment:
Payments will only be accepted through PayPal in USD. I require full payment before starting a commission. Once I accept your commission, I will send an invoice via PayPal, due in 10 days. Once the invoice is paid, I will start your commission. If the invoice is not paid, I will have to cancel the commission.Deadlines:
Depending on my workload, the turnaround time should take no longer than 2 weeks to 2 months. I will provide an estimate time for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission. You may request a WIP at any time.Usage Policy: My artwork is for personal use only. No commercial use of my artwork is allowed. I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!Refunds: You may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission. Please credit me as designer!
You can link any of my sites: my carrd (bittiebunie.carrd.co) or my Toyhouse (BittieBunie).
You don't have to credit me every time you draw them, just when appropriate!
You can change the design in any way or turn them into different forms (human/animal/etc.) Be free!
Closed Species:
You can turn the design into a closed species as long as their terms also allow this.
If the design started as a closed species, you are allowed to make non-species/other species versions.
If you plan on trading/gift/reselling the character, the other forms must go with it!My designs and artwork are not to be used for NFT or AI related purposes.🛒 Trading/Selling
You can trade, sell, and gift the design to anyone. You can sell it even if you got it in a trade.
If selling, the suggested price is the cost of the original price + any commissioned work + your own art. I would prefer my designs not be sold at a profit or more than their current value.
